School of Massage Houston Admission Requirements
Houston School of Massagewill not discriminate against anyone because of race, gender, sexual preference, age, religion or national origin.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age by the time the student takes one of the approved TDSH examinations.
- Submit a completed Application form and a signed Enrollment Agreement.
- Able to furnish a current photo ID ( i.e., Any government issued photo ID is valid)
- Agree to abide by all existing policies and procedures of the school as well as any amendments and modifications that may be adopted.
- Submit in full all paperwork and initial fees at time of enrollment.
- Be aware that a prospective student is ineligible for state licensed if he or she has been:
- If the person has been convicted of, entered a plea of nolo contendere or guilty to, or received deferred adjudication to crimes or offenses involving prostitution or another sexual offense;
- until the fifth anniversary of the date of a conviction for a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or a felony; or
- Until the fifth anniversary of the date of a conviction of a violation of the Act.
